Name:  Name of Staff Member(s) (Please use @"playername"): Greg O'Conor

 Date of Incident (mm/dd/yyyy):  02/20/2019

Time of Incident (CST):  7:35PM

Complaint Reason (Summarize eg. RDM, Abuse of Power, etc): Blatant Disrespect towards community and disregard for the rules.

Description of Events: I joined Gregs teamspeak channel during an on-going conversation where he was clearly frustrated . He was complaining about a scenario where he had died in-game, one which I am unfamiliar with so I will leave at that. When I joined the channel, I heard him state that he closed his game the second he died, before his respawn timer was even at 0:00 so he could request a medic. After brief conversation, where I had said "sounds like a rulebreak" he said "I really don't give a fuck." I told him that, being staff and all, he should probably consider following the rules, when he started swearing at me and moved me out the channel, a channel which I have access to use might I add, and one that does not belong to him. As I have the channel password, I rejoined, at which time he practically told me he didn't care what I had to say and that I shouldn't be calling him out for anything.

Evidence: I do not have video of these occurences, as I do not record teamspeak interactions due to the fact that there should be zero reason I would have to. Matthew Cain and Brady White were both present at the time this took place.

RULE BREAKS OCCURED: Section 3.4 -

  1. Combat-logging - logging out or abusing game mechanics to avoid roleplay situations - is prohibited.

    1. Users must remain on the server for fifteen (15) minutes after completing a roleplay situation.
    2. Logging off to avoid re spawning, at any time is prohibited.

Section 7: Staff are also accountable to the rules and regulations. Alongside following all the community rules and regulations they enforce, staff MUST REMAIN RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL at all times, towards all members, players, and guests.

At no point did I feel that Greg was representing the wonderful staff team this community has properly. He was being purely disrespectful and ignorant. He confessed to not only breaking a rule, but confessed to having a belief of disregard towards it, and made the conscious decision to harass me after I told him it was a rule break. No matter your anger level as a staff member, you should always be able to keep composure, which is something I rarely see from Greg.

I know you are already tracking this, But I meant to reply to this last night and forgot. As all parties involved are tracking from last night this is being addressed by the Sr Staff currently.
