To provide fair and just representation and trial to all, regardless of status. I believe that currently,  the law is being used and exploited to the detriment of good working citizens. Without a strong legal base, crime and corruption will run rampant, and I should do my best to stop it. I am also familiar with arrest and detainment procedure. A fair and unbiased outlook on all matters and the will to see the law upheld. [*]What made you decide to become bar certified? I have noticed multiple injustices against the people of Erie County, including but not limited to, Unlawful Search/Seizure without compensation, Harassment of legal Enterprise, racial profilling gainst the immigrant population, physical beatings administered in police custody to arrested suspects, attempted murder by sworn officers via unauthorized drug infusion, the list goes on. Without legal help, these people cannot and will not stand up to these injustices, and they will only get worse. At current, the lack of legal aid to citizens means that corruption is rampant.
