This is already a server rule (Rule 3.8.4). If someone is doing this, I personally would suggest messaging them in TeamSpeak telling them not to along with some suggestions for things they might say instead. However, if you don't want to go through the trouble, since it is a server rule violation, you can also report them to staff and let staff take care of talking to them for you.
Some suggestions for not breaking character: (NEVER SAY "IF LIFE WAS A KEYBOARD" OR ANY OTHER VARIANT)
How to punch: "Just have to shift your arrrm on back and go for it by releasing all that pent up energy."
Putting your hands up: "Don't get shifty on me, G-dog, put those hands up." or something
Windows key (on a car): "You see that window right there? Yeah, just press on that window." This is situational, if it works use it.
If all else fails: "What's your e-mail? I'll send you a link to a wikihow on that one" and then message them in TeamSpeak to explain how to do something.
